The chief investment officer and co-founder of Australian Unity boutique Platypus Asset Management, Donald Williams, is stepping down from his responsibilities for health reasons.
Earlier on Tuesday, MAS said it is withdrawing its approval for BSI Bank, BSI Group's Singapore subsidiary whose employees have been embroiled in investigations into fund movements related to Malaysian state fund 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).
A highly respected industry figure in the Australian financial markets, McQuire was most recently head of private wealth at Phillip Capital, a role he held for more than two years.
Prior to joining Suncorp, he was acting chief executive officer at Presima, based in Montreal Canada.
The memo sent by BT's general manager of platforms and operations John Shuttleworth, and obtained by Street Talk, said Wild would join on July 4.
Separately, Indraneil Borkakoty, the India ECM head for Jefferies has left the firm to pursue other interests.
The move comes after ANZ, Australia's fourth-largest lender, said this week it had cut 200 jobs after posting its largest half-yearly decline in cash profit since the financial crisis.
